Perception of an objective and subjective danger of the participants in programs of Ropes courses PROUD Brno

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářská práce „Vnímání subjektivního a objektivního nebezpečí účastníků v programech Lanového centra PROUD Brno“ je pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné metody zjistit, jak účastníci vnímají nebezpečí a do jaké míry si připouštějí jeho přítomnost. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. V teoretické části se čtenář práce seznámí s důležitými pojmy pro porozumění tématu týkající se lanových aktivit, Lanového centra Proud, struktury programu, zážitkové pedagogiky apod. V části výzkumné je popsán způsob sbírání dat formou pozorování a „focus group“ neboli skupinového interview a především je zde zachycena analýza nasbíraných dat. Na konci výzkumné části jsou výsledky interpretovány.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis Perception of an objective and subjective danger of the participants in programs of Ropes courses PROUD Brno is to determine by a qualitative research method how the participants of the courses view danger and to what extent are they aware of it. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a research. In the theoretical part the important vocabulary is introduced. This vocabulary is necessary for better understanding of the rope activities, Rope courses PROUD, the structure of the program, experiential learning etc. The way of collecting data through the observation and a „focus group“ or a group interview is described in the research part. Above all, the analysis of the data is described in this part as well. At the end of the research part the results are interpreted.
