The topic of this Diploma thesis deals with the theoretical definition of arbitrable disputes in the Czech Republic and in Portugal and finding the possible problematic provisions. The aim is therefore to analyze the arbitration legislation under the Portuguese Lei da Arbitragem Voluntaria and the Czech Arbitration act.
