Internal communication of ŠKODA AUTO with employees

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Interní komunikace ŠKODA AUTO se zaměstnanci se věnuje komunikačním nástrojům, které jsou v této firmě využívány. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat stávající interní komunikaci ŠKODA AUTO se zaměstnanci, následně provést empirický výzkum se zaměřením na reálné zkušenosti zaměstnanců a navrhnout možná zlepšení. V první části práce jsou uvedena základní teoretická východiska interní komunikace, cíl a metodika práce. Druhá část práce je v úvodu věnována Interní komunikaci ŠKODA AUTO. Dále pak výzkumnému šetření prostřednictvím techniky focus group. Výzkumný vzorek zde zastupuje specifická skupina interních zaměstnanců společnosti, tzv. trainees, kteří zároveň reprezentují generaci Y (nazývanou generací „mileniálů“). Výsledkem výzkumu je obecná charakteristika vztahu této skupiny zaměstnanců k tištěným médiím firmy a novým trendům v komunikaci. V závěru práce jsou navrhnuta nová opatření, která mohou být za určitých podmínek využita v rámci podnikové komunikace společnosti. Zároveň jsou zde uvedena i doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj komunikace.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis on Internal communication of ŠKODA AUTO with employees deals with communication tools used in this company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the existing internal communication of ŠKODA AUTO with employees, then to conduct empirical research with a focus on the real experience of employees and suggest possible improvements. In the first part of the thesis, the basic theoretical foundations of internal communication, goal and methodology of work are presented. The second part of the work is devoted to the internal communication of ŠKODA AUTO. Furthermore, research through the focus group technique. The research sample is represented by a specific group of internal employees of the company, the so-called trainees, who also represent the generation Y (called the generation of “millennials”). The research results in a general description of the relationship of this group of employees to the company's print media and new trends in communication. At the end of the thesis are proposed new measures that can be used under certain conditions in the company communication. At the same time, there are also recommendations for the future development of communication.
