Crimes against life and health in the Czech Republic

Anotace:

Obsah této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na popis trestných činů proti životu a zdraví v České republice. Teoretická část obsahuje popisný charakter, kdy jsou vysvětleny základní postuláty trestního práva jako je trestný čin a skutková podstata trestného činu. V druhé části teoretické části jsou následně popsány jednotlivé trestné činy proti životu a zdraví vyjma trestných činů v Díle 4. a 5. Hlavy I. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání nejčastěji se vyskytujících se trestných činů, nejčastějších trestných činů proti životu a zdraví a naopak ty, které se vůbec neobjevují. V praktické části jsou porovnávány tři oblasti, a to jednak samotná Česká republika, hl. m. Praha a Jihočeský kraj. V závěru je pak rozebírán obsah samotné práce a její výsledek.

Abstract:

The content of this bachelor thesis focuses on the description of crimes against life and health in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains a descriptive character, where the basic postulates of criminal law such as the crime and the facts of the crime are explained. In the second part of the theoretical part, individual crimes against life and health are described, except for the crimes in Parts 4 and 5 of Title I. The practical part focuses on a comparison of the most frequently occurring crimes, the most common crimes against life and health and, conversely, those that do not occur at all. In the practical part, three areas are compared, namely the Czech Republic itself, the capital city of Prague and the South Bohemia Region. In the conclusion, the content of the work itself and its result are discussed.
