Abstract:
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je prokázat význam národní gastronomie v cestovním ruchu. Jsou definovány a přiblíženy faktory ovlivňující výběr hromadných stravovacích zařízení zahrnutých na program poznávacích zájezdů po třech zemích Evropy -- Česku, Rakousku a Maďarsku. Abstract:
The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to demonstrate the importance of national gastronomy in the sphere of tourism. Factors that are influential in the selection of a mass catering facility included in the programme of tours in Central Europe, specifically the Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary, are defined and described.
