The issue of execution of alimony for children
Abstract:
Ve své práci se zabývám problematikou exekučního řízení při vymáhání výživného na děti. Definuji pojmy exekučního řízení a výživného, věnuji se průběhu exekučního řízení a zejména problémům, ke kterým dochází při vymáhání výživného na děti a které nejsou dostatečně nebo vůbec na zákonné úrovni řešeny.
Abstract:
In my work, I deal with enforcement of alimony for children. I define the terms of execution proceedings and alimony, I deal with the process of the execution proceedings and in particular the problems that occur while enforcing alimony for children, that are not sufficiently addressed at the legal level.
