The tax search as a method of auditing of the tax liability

Analýza vybraných ustanovení Zákona o správě daní a poplatků, které se zabývají daňovou kontrolou. Rozbor práv a povinností daňového subjektu v daňovém řízení. Odkazy na zajímavé judikáty, které se týkají daňové kontroly.
Abstract:
The analysis of chosen provisions of Administration and Collection of Taxes Act , that are dealing with the tax audit. The study of rights and duties of the tax subject in the tax procedure . References to interesting judicates, that are related to the tax search .
