Tato bakalářská práce popisuje korupci a finanční kriminalitu v České republice se zaměřením na konkrétní případ korupčního jednání v této zemi. V prvé řadě jsou v této práci definovány pojmy korupce a finanční kriminalita. Následně dojde k jejich vymezení.
