Tato práce se zabývá chronickým onemocněním diabetes mellitus, jeho vlivem na kvalitu života a vzdělávání. V teoretické části jsou nejprve vymezeny pojmy týkající se chronických onemocnění, popsány vlivy působící na kvalitu života dítěte i pečující rodiny.
