Abstract:
Analýza a popis současné právní situace v oblasti konkurzu a vyrovnání v ČR a její srovnání se zahraničím. Porovnání s dosud platným zákonem č. 328/1991 Sb. o konkurzu a vyrovnání s novým zákonem č. 182/2006 Sb. o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení (insolvenční zákon). Daňová a účetní souvislost.
Abstract:
The analysis and description of the present law concerning bankruptcy and liquidation in the Czech Republic and comparision of the law abroad. Comparation to current insolvent law no. 328/1991 Coll. and the new insolvent law no. 182/2006 Coll. Tax and accounting connection.
