Paramedic and Type Activity 02/IZS

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou typové činnosti 02/IZS, která se zaměřuje na koordinovaný postup složek integrovaného záchranného systému při zásahu v situaci, kdy je někým demonstrován úmysl spáchat sebevraždu, přičemž se zaměřuje především na roli zdravotnických záchranářů v této situaci. První část této práce se zabývá integrovaným záchranným systémem, jeho historií, důvody vzniku a postavením zdravotnické záchranné služby v tomto systému. Dále je popsán pojem typových činností, jejich význam pro efektivní koordinaci zásahů a v souvislosti s tím je popsána typová činnost 02/IZS, kdy jsou popsány specifické postupy jednotlivých složek IZS v situaci, kdy je demonstrován úmysl sebevraždy. V neposlední řadě se tato práce zabývá i krizovou komunikací a krizovým vyjednáváním jako klíčovým nástrojem určeným k řešení této konkrétní mimořádné situace. Praktická část pak prostřednictvím kazuistik, které ilustrují reálné zapojení jednotlivých složek IZS v rámci typové činnosti 02/IZS v praxi, analyzuje připravenost složek IZS včetně zdravotnické záchranné služby.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the 02/IZS type of activity, which focuses on the coordinated action of the Integrated Rescue System during intervention in a situation where someone demonstrates the intention to commit suicide, focusing primarily on the role of paramedics in this situation. The first part of this thesis deals with the integrated rescue system, its history, the reasons for its creation and the position of the ambulance service in this system. Furthermore, the concept of type activities, their importance for effective coordination of interventions is described and in connection with this, the type activity 02/IZS is described, where the specific procedures of individual components of the IZS in a situation where the intention of suicide is demonstrated. Last but not least, this thesis deals with crisis communication and crisis negotiation as a key tool designed to deal with this particular emergency situation. The practical part then analyses the preparedness of the IZS components, including the medical rescue service, through case studies that illustrate the real involvement of individual IZS components in the 02/IZS type of activity in practice, analyses the readiness of the IZS components, including the medical rescue service.
