Performance Management and Evaluation Process in the Educational Institution
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení procesu hodnocení práce učitelů a řízení jejich pracovního výkonu na SŠ KNIH, o. p. s. První fáze je zaměřena na rozbor současného stavu hodnocení a řízení pracovních výkonů pedagogů ve vzdělávací instituci, ve druhé fázi jsou vzhledem k provedenému rozboru navrhnuta příslušná opatření v oblasti hodnocení a řízení pracovního výkonu.

Diploma thesis is focused on the assessment of the process of evaluation of teachers' work and management of their work performance at Secondary School for Booksellers and Publishers.
