Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá léčebně-rehabilitačním plánem u pacienta s nestabilním hleznem. Skládá se ze tří hlavních částí – obecné, speciální a kazuistiky. Obecná část shrnuje poznatky anatomické, kineziologické, etiologické, diagnostické, prevencí vzniku nestabilního hlezna a jeho následky. The bachelor thesis deals with the medical rehabilitation plan of patients with ankle instability. This thesis consists of three parts – a common part, a special part and a casuistic. The common part includes theoretical findings of an anatomy, a kinesiology, an etiology, diagnostics, consequences and a prevention of ankle instability.
