Abstract:

Počet slov: 23 060 Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ukrajinskými migranty, přicházejícími do ČR za prací, a procesem jejich sociální integrace. Hlavní výzkumná otázka zní: Vyžaduje současná pracovní migrace Ukrajinců na Prostějovsko nějakou místní intervenci k podpoře sociální integrace těchto imigrantů? Teoretická část práce definuje a charakterizuje pojmy z hlavní výzkumné otázky a zasazuje zkoumanou problematiku do širších souvislostí společenské reality. Empirická část seznamuje čtenáře s metodologií provedeného výzkumu a s jeho výstupy. Kvalitativní výzkum byl proveden prostřednictvím rozhovorů s ukrajinskými imigranty a zaměřil se na proces jejich sociální integrace s cílem najít hlavní bariéry tohoto procesu a navrhnout způsoby místní intervence, která by měla zjištěné bariéry snižovat či odstraňovat. Analýzou provedeného výzkumu bylo identifikováno několik překážek sociální integrace Ukrajinců, které by bylo možno ovlivnit místní intervencí. Jsou to především: málo rozvinuté vztahy s majoritním obyvatelstvem, nízká informovanost Ukrajinců, nepříliš rozvinutá znalost českého jazyka a nedostatečná nabídka cenově dostupného bydlení mimo ubytovny.

Abstract:

Number of words: 23 060. This diploma thesis considers Ukrainian migrants coming to the Czech Republic for work and the procedure of their social integration. The main research issue is: “Does the recent labour migration of Ukrainians into the district of Prostejov need any local intervention for supporting social integration of these Ukrainians?” Theoretical part of the diploma thesis defines and describes terms in the main research issue and sets the investigative issue into the larger conjuction of the social reality. The empirical part of the diploma thesis tells readers about the methodology of an accomplished reasearch and about its final results. The qualitive research has been based on the dialogs with Ukrainian immigrants and has been focused on the procedure of their social integration in order to find major barriers of this procedure and suggest some ways of the local intervention which should the identified barriers reduce or totally remove them. The analyses of accomplished research have identified several difficulties of the social integration of Ukrainians which could be influenced by the local intervention. In particular they are as follows: lowly developed relations with the major population, a low Ukrainians awareness, a little knowledge of the Czech language and an insufficiant offer of an affordable accommodation apart from the hostels.
