The role of curators for children and youth in relation to facilities for the exercise od the contitutional and protective education
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na úlohu kurátora pro děti a mládež při umisťování dětí v zařízeních pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy a specifikuje jeho postavení a povinnosti při následné péči o tyto děti. Zabývá se činností kurátorů pro děti a mládež a pracovníků zařízení, ve kterých jsou umístěny děti s nařízenou ústavní nebo ochrannou výchovou.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the role of curator for youth in placing children in the establishments of the institutional and protective care and specifies their position and duties in the consequent care of these children.
