Abstract:

Hlavním cílem práce je nákladově zhodnotit Cost/Benefit analýzou dvě metody prevence dekubitů a určit, která je výhodnější pro použití ve Fakultní nemocnici Motol. Na skupině 31 pacientů postižených dekubitem byla provedena nákladová analýza léčby a prevence dekubitů. Byly vyčísleny celkové náklady na léčbu dekubitů pacientů v populaci za rok 2017, pro jednotlivé preventivní metody byly stanoveny mezní doby nákladové efektivity použití prevence vzhledem k léčbě. Porovnáním alternativní a běžné preventivní metody ve skupině hospitalizovaných pacientů byla zjištěna úspora nákladů na celkovou hospitalizaci ve prospěch navržené alternativní metody a potenciální pokles incidence vzniku dekubitů.

Abstract:

The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate two methods of prevention of decubitus and to determine which is more advantageous for use in Motol University Hospital by using Cost/Benefit analysis. A cost analysis of the treatment and prevention of decubitus was performed in a group of 31 patients suffering from decubitus. The advantage of the use of preventive methods against the treatment of decubitus expressed in total cost and cost per day was evaluated. The total cost of treatment of patient decubitus in the population for 2017 was calculated, and the wage cost-effectiveness of the use of prevention for treatment was determined for each prevention method. By comparing the alternative and the usual preventive method in the group of hospitalized patients, the overall hospitalization costs were saved in favor of the proposed alternative method and the potential decrease of incidence of decubitus.
