Employee benefits in manufacturing companies

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem zaměstnaneckých výhod. Hlavním cílem je navrhnout systém zaměstnaneckých výhod tak, aby vedl k co největší spokojenosti zaměstnanců a zabránil případným fluktuacím. Tyto doporučení jsou určena pro stávající ale i pro nově vstupující podniky na trh v oboru strojírenské výroby na Vsetínsku. Pro návrh těchto doporučení jsou porovnány výsledky dotazníkového šetření týkající se spokojenosti s poskytovanými zaměstnaneckými výhodami ve třech vybraných strojírenských podnicích na Vsetínsku. Dílčím cílem práce je testování stanovených hypotéz o závislosti mezi vybranými kvalitativními znaky. V rámci testování jsou využity kontingenční tabulky, výpočty hodnot čtvercové kontingence a Pearsonova koeficientu kontingence.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the system of employee benefits. The main target of the thesis is to propose a system of employee benefits, which cause the greatest satisfaction and reduce employee turnover as much as possible. This recommendation is appointed for existing but also for new entering companies in the field of engineering production in Vsetín. The results of a questionnaire survey about satisfaction with the provided employee benefits are compared in three selected engineering companies in the Vsetín region to created this recommendation. An additional target of the thesis is to test the hypotheses about the dependence between selected qualitative characteristics. As part of the testing are used pivot tables, calculations of square contingency and Pearson's coefficient of contingency.
