Noise of individual activities in kindergartens

Abstract:

Hluk patří mezi významné škodliviny dnešní doby. Ovlivňuje nejen sluchový aparát, ale celý organismus člověka, včetně psychiky. Předmětem bakalářské práce bylo změřit hlučnost jednotlivých činností v mateřské škole a zjistit týdenní hlukovou zátěž u pedagogů v souvislosti s těmito činnostmi. Měření hluku bylo realizováno v Mateřské škole v Novém Jičíně a zapojeny byly dvě třídy - nejmladší (3-4 let) a nejstarší děti (5-7 let). Ke stanovení ekvivalentní hladiny akustického tlaku byl používán kmitočtový analyzátor Brüel&Kj?r. Změřeny byly hladiny ekvivalentního akustického tlaku u všech činností, které jsou prováděny během dne v mateřské škole. V každé třídě bylo změřeno celkem 13 činností. Všechna měření byla realizována dvakrát, aby bylo zachyceno případné kolísání hladiny akustického tlaku. Výsledky ukazují rozdíl v hlučnosti činností mezi třídami, zejména v závislosti na věku dětí. Ekvivalentní hladiny akustického tlaku během jednotlivých činností u nejmladších dětí byly téměř konstantní (až na polední spánek a odpolední svačinu). U nejstarších dětí ? předškoláků byl však zaznamenán pokles ekvivalentních hladin akustického tlaku u některých činností (komunikační kruh, výtvarná činnost). Hladiny akustického tlaku nabývaly hodnot od 50,1 dB - do 78,1 dB. Nejtišší činnost byl polední spánek. Naopak jako nejhlučnější se jeví čištění zubů po obědě (hygiena). Týdenní expozice hluku pedagoga u nejmladších dětí je 72,0 dB pro ranní směnu a 70,8 dB pro odpolední směnu. U nejstarších dětí je týdenní expozice hluku pedagoga při ranní směně 70,7 dB a při odpolední směně 69,9 dB. Mezi hlavní zdroje hluku patří především děti samotné, jejich hry, komunikace a celkové chování. Práce pedagogů v mateřské škole je velmi náročná nejen na hlasový projev, ale i po psychické stránce a přílišný hluk jim tuhle situaci neulehčuje. Pedagogové v mateřských školách jsou nedílnou součástí výchovy dítěte od útlého věku a bylo by vhodné chránit je před nemalou zátěží způsobenou hlukem. Velmi důležitá by zde měla být prevence, zejména opatření ke snížení hluku.

Abstract:

Noise is one of the major pollutants of our time. It influences not only the organ of hearing, but the whole human organism, including its psyche. The subject of this thesis was to measure the noise level of individual activities in the kindergarten and to find out weekly noise levels for teachers in connection with these activities. Noise measurements were carried out at a kindergarten in Nový Jičín and two classes were involved - the youngest (3-4 years) and oldest children (5-7 years). To determine the noise level was used frequency analyzer Brüel & Kjaer. Equivalent sound pressure levels were measured for all activities that are carried out during the day in kindergarten. In each class was measured a total of 13 activities. All measurements were performed twice in order to detect potential variations in sound pressure levels. The results show the differences in noise levels between the classes of certain activities, especially depending on the age of the children. Equivalent sound pressure levels during various activities for the youngest children were almost constant (up to midday sleep, and afternoon snack). The oldest children - preschoolers, however, was a decline equivalent sound pressure levels for certain activities (communication circle, art work). The sound pressure levels rated from 50,1 dB - to 78,1 dB. Quietest activity was midday sleep. On the contrary, as appears to be the noisiest brushing teeth after lunch (hygiene). Weekly noise exposure of teaching the youngest child is 72,0 dB morning shift and 70,8 dB for the afternoon shift. The oldest child is the weekly noise exposure educator at 70,7 dB morning shift and afternoon shift at 69,9 dB. The main noise sources are primarily the children themselves, their games, communication and overall behavior. The work of teachers in kindergarten is very demanding not only vocals, but also affects them mentally and the excessive noise, doesn´t make their situation easier. Teachers in kindergartens are an integral part of raising a child from an early age and should be protected from considerable stress caused by noise. Very important, there should be prevention, particularly measures to reduce noise.
