Improvement of Public Relations in the Organization Charita Hrabyně

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na realizaci public relations Charity Hrabyně, neziskové organizace. Cílem je zefektivnit dosavadní PR a dosáhnout účelného využívání jeho nástrojů a technik. První část práce je věnována teoretickému popisu problematiky vztahů s veřejností. Metodologie se zabývá zjišťováním aktuálního stavu PR organizace prostřednictvím analýz. Pomocí této kombinace metod v praktické části práce zanalyzuji public relations v Charitě Hrabyně a zhodnotím jeho využití. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků prezentuji návrhy na jejich odstranění a celkovou koncepci zefektivnění PR organizace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the realisation of public relations in the non-profit organisation ?Charity Hrabyně?. The purpose is to make the actual PR more effective and to reach purposeful using of its implements and technics. The first part of this work is concerned with theoretical description of PR problems. The methodology is focused on finding out of the actual PR status of the organisation through analyses. In the practical part it is used combination of methods for analyzing PR in ?Charity Hrabyně? and evaluation of its utilisation. On the basis of the analysis results it is offered the conception for elimination of these imperfections and improvement of PR conception in the organization.
