Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá ukládáním sankcí s ohledem na majetkové poměry pachatele. Úvodní část práce se zabývá základními pojmy správního trestání. Práce dále obsahuje analýzu pravidel a kritérií pro ukládání správních sankcí. Blíže se práce věnuje kritériu majetkových poměrů pachatele. V závěru práce obsahuje úvahy de lege ferenda a zhodnocení příslušné právní úpravy.
Abstract:
The submitted diploma thesis deals with the imposition of sanctions and financial status of offenders. After a general introduction, work discusses the core terms related to the administrative punishment.
