Strategy for the development of culture in Holíč

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the strategic planning of cultural development in the town of Holíč. The discusses about strategic planning, its advantages and disadvantages and explains the strategic planning process. In the following chapters, the diploma thesis provides basic information about the city, analyzes the cultural environment including monuments, institutions and cultural events. The thesis deals with strategic documents for the city, analyzes the city's budget and proposes possible funding in the field of culture. Results of the questionnaire survey and the SWOT analysis is also part of the thesis. Specific projects for implementation based on the acquired knowledge are presented in the design section.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca je zameraná na strategické plánovanie rozvoja kultúry v meste Holíč. Úvodná kapitola pojednáva o strategickom plánovaní, aké sú jeho výhody a nevýhody a vysvetľuje postup pri strategickom plánovaní. V ďalších kapitolách diplomová práca podáva základné informácie o meste, analyzuje kultúrne prostredie vrátane pamiatok, inštitúcií a kultúrnych podujatí. Práca sa zaoberá strategickými dokumentmi pre mesto, analyzuje hospodárenie mesta a navrhuje možné financovanie v oblasti kultúry. Súčasťou práce sú výsledky dotazníkového prieskumu a SWOT analýza. Na základe všetkých poznatkov sú v návrhovej časti predstavené konkrétne projekty na realizáciu.
