Abstract:

GROCHOLOVÁ, Nikoleta: Financial analysis of a company from the perspective of bank. [Bachelor thesis]. Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, a foreign university Banská Bystrica. Department of Finance, Accounting and Insurance. Thesis Supervisor: doc. Ing. Tomáš Klieštik, PhD. Year of defence: 2013. Number of pages: 57. Thesis deals with financial analysis of the company KRUP Ltd from the commercial bank perspective. The main aim of the word is to describe the methods used for the company financial analysis, theoretical knowledge information and instruction how to apply them in financial analysis from the perspective of the bank. The first chapter presents a summary of the thesis theoretical knowledge important for the implementation of the financial analysis from the perspective of the bank. The second chapter deals with the application of theoretical knowledge to a specific company “KRUP Ltd“. The result of the second chapter is to obtain the results of selected values of the liquidity indicators, activity, profitability and debt, as well as the results of models of bankruptcy and creditworthiness of the company. The third chapter contains the final evaluation of the financial ratios, results of the bankruptcy models and creditworthiness of the company KRUP Ltd., but also suggestions and recommendations for improving the financial situation of the company KRUP Ltd.

Katedra financií, účtovníctva a poisťovníctva. Vedúci práce: doc. Ing. Tomáš Klieštik, PhD. Rok obhajoby: 2013. Počet strán: 57. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá finančnou analýzou podniku KRUP s.r.o. z pohľadu banky. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je popísať metódy finančnej analýzy podniku, teoretické poznatky a následne ich aplikovať pri finančnej analýze podniku z pohľadu banky. Prvá kapitola bakalárskej práce predstavuje súhrn teoretických poznatkov, ktoré sú dôležité pre realizáciu finančnej analýzy podniku z pohľadu banky. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá aplikáciou teoretických poznatkov na konkrétnu spoločnosť KRUP s.r.o. Výsledkom druhej kapitoly je získanie výsledkov vybraných hodnôt pomerových ukazovateľov likvidity, aktivity, rentability a zadlženosti a taktiež aj výsledky modelov bankrotu a bonity spoločnosti. Tretia kapitola obsahuje záverečné hodnotenie finančných pomerových ukazovateľov a výsledky modelov bankrotu a bonity spoločnosti KRUP s.r.o. a taktiež aj návrhy a odporúčanie pre zlepšenie finančnej situácie spoločnosti KRUP s.r.o.
