Walt Disney and the New Adaptations of Animated Classics

Abstract:
Táto diplomová práca predstavuje celovečernú animovanú tvorbu Walt Disney Animation Studios a jej vývoj od počiatku štúdia v 20. rokoch 20. storočia po súčasnosť. Práca predstaví vybrané celovečerné animované filmy a porovná ich prínos celovečernému animovanému filmu s ich súčasnými hranými adaptáciami.
Abstract:
This postgraduate thesis introduces the feature-length cinema of Walt Disney Animation Studio from its inception in the 1920’s until the present day. Thesis will introduce selected animated feature films and compare their contribution to the animated feature film with their current live-action adaptations.
