Tax audit and identification of additional tax assessment
Abstract:
Cílem práce je posouzení procesů provádění daňových kontrol a daňových doměrků v ČR. Je definována daňová kontrola jako etapa daňového řízení. Současně jsou analyzovány daňové doměrky u vybraných druhů daní v letech 2007-2012. Z výsledků provedených daňových řízení jsou shrnuty nedostatky a pochybení daňových subjetků při stanovení základu daně, které jsou setříděny podle jednotlivých druhů daní. Práci …more
Abstract:
The aim of work is to assess the processes of tax audits and additional tax assessments in the Czech republic. It is defined a tax control as the stage of tax procedure. At the same time the additional tax assessments are analyzed for selected types of taxes in the years 2007-2012.
