Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje studiu fluorescenčních vlastností vybraných polyfenolů v lehké a těžké vodě. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými poznatky o luminiscenci, kapalinové chromatografie a polyfenolech. Následně se zaměřuje zejména na přehled použití těžké vody ve fluorescenční spektroskopii. The bachelor thesis is devoted to the study of fluorescence properties of selected polyphenols in water and heavy water. The theoretical part contains general knowledge about luminescence, liquid chromatography, and polyphenols. It also focuses on an overview of heavy water use in fluorescence spectroscopy.
