This thesis deals with magic elements in Tales by Charles Perrault. The aim of the thesis is to classify magic elements, to determine their function in the narrative structure and to characterize Perrault´s usage of these elements. Bakalářská práce se zabývá výskytem kouzelných prvků v Pohádkách francouzského spisovatele Charlese Perraulta. Jejím cílem je roztřídit kouzelné prvky, určit jejich funkci z hlediska děje a poté charakterizovat Perraultovo použití těchto prvků.
