Voice care in teaching profession

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Péče o hlas v učitelské profesi si klade za cíl zjistit stav mluvního hlasu pedagogů na základních školách. Diagnostikovány jsou všechny skupiny učitelů z hlediska délky jejich praxe. Na základě zjištěných výsledků, prostřednictvím výzkumného šetření, se stanoví soubor zásad péče o hlas a hlasová cvičení směřující k prevenci hlasových obtíží. Práce je rozvržena do šesti kapitol, přičemž teoretická část se věnuje popisu a funkci hlasového ústrojí, včetně nejdůležitějších složek hlasové techniky. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována zásadám hlasové hygieny a zmíněny jsou i poruchy hlasu. V praktické části dochází k šetření na základě dvou nástrojů. Následují kapitoly ohledně výsledků zjištění, kde bude navržen plán mluvních cvičení vhodných jako každodenní příprava pedagoga před vyučováním.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis named The voice care in the profession of teacher aims to find out what the primary school teacher`s state of speaking voice is. All groups of teachers are diagnosed based on their length of teaching practise. Based on the results found through the research there is a set of voice care principles and some voice exercises set, preventing the voice difficulties. The thesis is divided into the six chapters, while the theoretical part is devoted to the description and the function of the vocal system, including also the most important voice technique aspects. A special attention is paid to the principles of the vocal hygiene and also there are voice disorders mentioned. In the practical part, the investigation takes place based on the two main methods. The following chapters are dedicated to the results of the investigation and there is a special plan of speaking exercises designed to be a part of the daily routine for all teachers before they start their lessons.
