Bakalářská práce se zabývá nerovnováhou na trhu práce v okrese Teplice, který leží v kraji s největší nezaměstnaností v České republice. Věnuje se účinnosti řešení nezaměstnanosti s využitím aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, především se zaměřuje na jeden z nejvíce využívaných nástrojů této politiky, na rekvalifikace. The bachelor thesis deals with unbalance of the labor market in district Teplice, which is situated in region of the highest unemployment of the Czech Republic. It follows effect of unemployment solution utilized by active employment policy, mainly it follows one of the tools of this solution - retraining scheme.
