Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma motivace u manažerů se zabývá způsoby motivací, které v dnešní moderní době mohou manažeři aplikovat v jejich kariérní cestě. Hlavním cílem této práce je zmapovat, jakým způsobem motivují své pracovní týmy, tak i sebe. V teoretické části jsem s oporou odborné literatury rozpracovala a definovala důležitá témata vztahující se k této problematice. Součásti této diplomové práce je i výzkumná část, která má za cíl odhalit všechny prvky spojené s motivací, sebevzděláním a komunikací. Podklady pro výzkumnou část byly realizovány v Jihomoravském kraji a kraji Vysočina.

Abstract:

The thesis on motivation in managers deals with the ways of motivation that managers in today's modern times can apply in their career path. The main aim of this thesis is to map out how they motivate their work teams as well as themselves. In the theoretical part, with the support of the litera-ture, I elaborated and defined the important topics related to this is-sue. The research part of this thesis aims to uncover all the elements relat-ed to motivation, self-education and communication. The basis for the re-search part was carried out in the South Moravian Region and the Vysočina Region.
