Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá sociálními charakteristikami dětí a mladistvých, umístěných v etopedických zařízeních. Zaměřuji se na rodinu jako na hlavní zdroj vzniku patologie u dětí, u kterých se následně projevuje porucha chování. Tyto poruchy charakterizuji a podávám stručný přehled o kriminalitě a delikvenci u dětí a mládeže. Následně rozebírám systém ústavní a ochranné výchovy. V praktické části se zaměřuji na výchovný ústav a na otázku: Jaké jsou důvody umístění dětí do ústavní a ochranné výchovy a jaké změny v jejich životě po nástupu do VÚ nastaly?

Abstract:

The diploma thesis examines the social characteristics of children and juvenile delinquents who have been placed in young offenders institutions. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the family as a main source of problems in children and youth who demonstrate behavioural disorders. The disorders are described and a brief summary of juvenile delinquency is given. The system of education for youth with behavioural disorders is examined. The young offenders? institution constitutes the focus of the practical part of the work. The last part of the practical account evaluates the reasons for placement into such institutions as well as changes in clients? behaviour after their admittance.
