Abstract:
Daňová exekuce jiné pohledávky, s ohledem na obecné části daňového řízení, vlastní charakteristika tohoto druhu exekuce, srovnání s cizí právní úpravou, historický exkurz, ochrana dlužníka, poddlužníka a dalších osob, související soudní řízení, úvahy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
Tax recovery and enforcement, third party debt order, issues related to this kind of enforcement, tax administration, comparison with foreign laws (Western, Central and Eastern Europe and overseas), historical overview, protection of debtor, third party and other persons, related court procedures, proposals for new legislation.
