Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Případová studie: Zvýšení efektivity provozu lékárny se zásilkovým výdejem“ je analyzovat současné fungování logistického procesu lékárny, identifikovat slabá místa a navrhnout změny v logistickém procesy, které povedou k růstu efektivity procesu. Návrhy budou ekonomicky zhodnoceny. Diplomová práce se skládá ze čtyř kapitol. První část práce se v rámci literární rešerše věnuje činnostem, které jsou zásadní pro chod lékárny a její zásilkový prodej. Jedná se o oblast nákupního managementu, řízení zásob, skladového managementu a category managementu. Dále se v rámci rešerše věnuji i business proces managementu, jelikož bude potřeba analyzovat a případně redesignovat současné procesy v lékárně. Druhá kapitola se týká metodiky práce. První blok analytické části se věnuje fungování regulovaného trhu s léčivými přípravky v České republice, jelikož je vhodné pochopit strukturu velkoobchodního a maloobchodního trhu, dále je představena velikost online lékárenského segmentu a jeho rostoucí význam. Ve druhém bloku analytické části je představen podnik a jeho struktura a následně rozebráno současné detailní fungování procesů ve vybrané lékárně. Poslední čtvrtá kapitola doporučuje návrhy zefektivnění interních procesů vybrané lékárny. V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuty získané poznatky.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis "Case study: Improving operation efficiency of mail order pharmacy" is to analyse the current functioning of the logistics process of the pharmacy, to identify weak points and to propose changes in the logistics process that will lead to an increase in the efficiency of the process. The proposals will be economically evaluated. The thesis consists of four chapters. The first part of the thesis, through a literature search, focuses on the activities that are essential to the operation of the pharmacy and its mail order business. These are the areas of purchasing management, inventory management, warehouse management and category management. In addition, the business process management is also addressed within the research as there will be a need to analyse and possibly redesign the current processes in the pharmacy. The second chapter concerns the methodology of the thesis. The first block of the analytical part is devoted to the functioning of the regulated pharmaceutical market in the Czech Republic, as it is useful to understand the structure of the wholesale and retail market, and the size of the online pharmacy segment and its growing importance is presented. In the second block of the analytical part, the company and its structure are introduced and then the current detailed functioning of the processes in the selected pharmacy is discussed. The last fourth section recommends suggestions for streamlining the internal processes of the selected pharmacy. The thesis concludes with a summary of the findings.
