Tématem diplomové práce je řešení rizik v Pivovaru Litovel a.s. se zaměřením na požární ochranu. Teoretická část se věnuje analýze rizik a definování základních pojmů. Práce se zabývá nebezpečnými látkami, vlastnostmi vybraných látek a průmyslovými haváriemi. Další část teoretické části se věnuje Integrovanému záchrannému systému se zaměřením na požární ochranu. The topic of my diploma thesis is the solutions of risks with a focus on fire protection in Litovel brewery. The theoretical part is devoted to analysing risks and defining basic concepts. This thesis deals with hazardous substances, characteristics of selected substance and industrial accidents.
