Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je odhad tržní hodnoty společnosti Pražské služby, a.s. ke dni 31.12. 2019. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů, postupem oceňování, strategickou a finanční analýzou na kterou navazuje finanční plán. Jako poslední jsou v teoretické části uvedeny metody stanovení hodnoty podniku. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, ve které je nejprve představena společnost a dále jsou aplikovány popsané teoretické kroky. Postup stanovení hodnoty podniku zahrnuje strategickou a finanční analýzu, ze které je následně sestaven finanční plán. Na základě zjištěných informací je pak zvolena vhodná metoda ocenění a podnik je oceněn.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to estimate the market value of Pražské služby, a.s. as of 31.12. 2019. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical section deals with the delimitation of basic concepts, the valuation process, the strategic and financial analysis followed by the financial plan. Last listed in the theoretical section are the methods enterprise value. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, in which the company is first introduced and the theoretical steps described are ap-plied.The valuation process involves a strategic and financial analysis from which a finan-cial plan is subsequently drawn up. On the basis of the information gathered, an appropriate valuation method is then chosen and the enterprise is valued.
