Social therapeutic workshops for people with mental disabilities

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálně terapeutickými dílnami pro osoby s mentálním postižením. Teoretická část vymezuje terminologii a teoretická východiska z oblasti sociálních služeb, sociální práce sociálních pracovníků v sociálně terapeutických dílnách a problematiky osob s mentálním postižením. Aplikační část je zaměřena na vytvoření ucelené metodické příručky pro práci sociálního pracovníka s osobami s mentálním postižením s přidružením narušených komunikačních schopností v sociálně terapeutické dílně Kamarád Rožnov, o. p. s. Pro vytvoření metodické příručky bylo využito informací získaných ze strategických materiálů organizace Kamarád Rožnov, o. p. s., odborné literatury, elektronických zdrojů a z realizovaného rozhovoru se sociální pracovnicí z uvedené organizace. Vytvořená ucelená metodická příručka má společně s tiskopisy, jež jsou přílohou metodické příručky, poskytnout strukturovaný návod pro práci sociálních pracovníků s osobami s mentálním postižením s přidružením narušených komunikačních schopností v sociálně terapeutických dílnách a dopomoci tak ke zkvalitnění poskytovaných sociálních služeb.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is about the Social therapeutic workshops for people with mental disabilities. Theoretical part focuses on terminology and theoretical basis of social services and work of a social workers in the Social therapeutic workshops and about problematics of people with mental disabilities. The application part focuses on creation of integrated methodological manual for work of a social workers with people with mental disabilities and communication problems in the Social therapeutic workshop Kamarád Rožnov, o. p. s. For the creation of methodological manual was used information gained from strategic materials of the Kamarád Rožnov, o. p. s., specialized literature, electronic resources and interview with social worker from the organization. The methodological manual including the forms attached to this manual furnish structured instructions for work of social workers with people with mental disabilities and communication problems in the Social therapeutic workshops. This manual was helpful to improve the quality of the provide social services.
