Diplomová práce se zabývá chováním spotřebitele na trhu food trucků v Brně. Práce zahrnuje celkovou charakterizaci trhu a zkoumání spotřebitelských preferencí a zvyklostí včetně identifikace významných faktorů ovlivňujících chování spotřebitelů na zvoleném trhu.
