Tato diplomová práce se věnuje analýze biologicky aktivních látek obsažených v různých druzích cibule. V teoretické části je popsáno chemické složení cibule a charakteristika významných bioaktivních látek v ní obsažených. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of biologically active compounds contained in various kinds of onions. The chemical composition and the characteristics of important bioactive compounds contained in onion are described in the theoretical part.
