Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na působnost a pravomoce vnějších kontrolních orgánů v oblasti hotelnictví. Cílem práce bylo poskytnutí přehledu jednotlivých kontrolních institucí, jejichž kompetence souvisí s hotelovým provozem, včetně gastronomického. The bachelor´s dissertation is focused on the competence and powers of external control bodies in the field of hotel industry. The aim of the work is to provide an overview of individual control institutions whose competence is related to hotel operations, including gastronomic ones.
