Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřená na problematiku týkající se genderové rovnosti, tedy rovnosti mezi muži a ženami. Teoretická část popisuje podrobněji, jak se pohlaví utváří od dětství a jakou hraje roli během našeho života. První polovina výzkumné části je zaměřena na porovnání genderové rovnosti západních zemí se zeměmi "Visegrádské čtyřky". Ve druhé polovině nalezneme rozbor Istanbulské úmluvy.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on issues related to gender equality, ie equality between men and women. The theoretical part desribes in more deatil how is gender formed from childhood and what role it plays during our lives.
