Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na Politický systém Polska v letech 1944-1989. Pokud chceme znát více o Polské lidové republice (PRL), potřebujeme se také zaměřit na poválečnou Polskou republiku (PR), protože mezi lety 1943-1952 komunistická strana Polská (sjednocená) dělnická strana se snažila uchopit moc a zesílit svoji pozici. V roce 1946 se konalo referendum, v roce 1947 parlamentní volby a příprava ústavy, která byla schválena v roce 1952. Název země se danou ústavou změnil na PRL. Byly v ní vymezeny kompetence a vztahy mezi státními institucemi. Některé články byly dodržovány, ale komunismus je znám jako režim, ve kterém jsou jeho představitelé ochotni použít násilí, aby si zajistili vliv a moc. PRL je specifická z několika pohledů. Snažila jsem se ukázat, ve kterých oblastech a jak PR a PRL byly rozdílné od ostatních komunistických zemí východní Evropy. Komunismus byl do země implementován sovětskou mocí, nikoli Poláky. V průběhu času se polský komunistmus měnil. Proběhlo několik důležitých "let", která byla pro Poláky a další národy důležitá. Emigrace a polská církev patřily mezi specifika PR a PRL, protože v Londýně existoval polský parlament a Poláci jsou věřícím národem. Je důležité upozornit, že opozice v 70. a 80. letech byla silnější a silnější. Komunisté se ji snažili zničit vyhlášením válečného stavu, ale nepomohl jim. Od roku 1988 probíhaly jednání mezi komunisty a opozicí a po roce PRL zanikla.

Abstract:

I focus on the Political system of Poland 1944-1989 in my bachelor work. If we would like to get to know more about communist Polish People´s Republic (PPR), we also need to focus on afterwar Polish Republic, because between 1943-1952 the communist party (Polish United Workers´ Party - PUWP) tried to reach power and build its strong position. There were a referendum in 1946, than parliamentary elections in 1947 and preparation of the Constitution, which was approved in 1952. The country´s name was changed by this Constitution to PPR. It said the competencies and relations among the state institution. Some of the articles were followed, but communism is known as a regime, which is willing to use violence to increase its influence and power. PPR is specific from several point of views. I try to show, in which areas and how PR and PRL were different from other communist countries in Eastern Europe. The communism was implement to the state by Soviet power, not by Poles. And there were several types of communism during the analyzing period. There were several ?years?, which were important for Poles and also for other nations. The emigration and the church were specified in PPR, because there was London Polish government and Poles are catholic nation. It is neccessary to say, that the opposition in PPR were in 70´s and especially in 80´s stronger and stronger. The communists tried to destroy it by declaration of belligerency, but it didn´t help them. There were negotiations from 1988 between the communists and the opposition and after one year from that the end of PPR came.
