Práce pojednává o současném stavu dětské obezity a nadváhy v České republice, Velké Británii, USA a ve světě. Popisuje příčiny a následky obezity s ohledem na zdraví, sebehodnocení a sociální vztahy dítěte. This thesis deals with current obesity situation in Czech Republic, Great Britain, USA and worldwide. Describes causes and consequences of obesity not just related to health but related to self-esteem and pro-social behaviour of the child as well.
