Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dokazování v přípravném řízení. Celá práce je členěna do celkem tří základních kapitol. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of proving in the preparatory proceedings. The whole work is divided into a total of 3 basic chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to a partial description of criminal proceedings in the Czech Republic, with emphasis on preparatory proceedings and their types.
