Ve své práci se zabývám významem lidského kapitálu pro chod firmy a jeho pojetí jako podnikové investice. Důraz zde kladu především na řízení lidských zdrojů, a také na vliv plánovaní, firemních školení i motivace na výkonnost pracovníků.
