Specifics of investing to business at an early stage of life cycle

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření uceleného náhledu na trh investic do podniků v rané fázi životního cyklu. Výstup práce lze využít pro prvotní přehled na tomto trhu investic. Budoucímu či stávajícímu podnikatel nabízí základní zorientování. Upozorňuje ho, jaká pravděpodobná podoba vztahu s investorem jej čeká. Práce dále vyzdvihuje klíčové prvky podnikatelského procesu. Značná část práce je věnována samotnému popis trhu v číslech a jak tato čísla by mohl podnikatel interpretovat. V základní rovině je představena problematika terminologie.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a comprehensive view of the market of investments in companies at an early stage of the life cycle. The output of the work can be used for an initial overview of this investment market. It offers a basic orientation to the future or current entrepreneur. It warns him what the probable form of the relationship with the investor awaits him. The work further highlights the key elements of the business process. Much of the work is devoted to the description of the market in numbers and how the entrepreneur could interpret these numbers. The issue of terminology is introduced at the basic level.
