The fitness and physical preparation of ice hockey referees
Abstract:
Závěrečná bakalářská práce Kondiční a pohybová příprava rozhodčího ledního hokeje analyzuje kondiční a pohybovou připravenost hokejových rozhodčích. V teoretickém bloku práce je krátce rozebrán lední hokej, kondice a pohybové schopnosti. Praktický blok obsahuje testování, které proběhlo před tréninkovou přípravou a po ní. Cílem práce je prokázat vliv tréninku na kondici a pohybové dovednosti.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis "Fitness and motor abilities of ice hockey referees" analyzes fitness and motor readiness of ice hockey referees. In the theoretical block bachelor´s thesis there are discused ice hockey, fitness and motor skills. The practical block includes testing which was made before training preparation and after it.
