Changes of functional capacity and muscle power of lower limbs after intra-dialytic rehabilitation exercise training in hemodialyzed patients
Abstract:
Tato studie se zabývá účinky dvacetitýdenního intradialyzačního tréninku na funkční zdatnost a svalovou sílu dolních končetin pacientů s chronickým selháním ledvin na trvalé hemodialýze. Rehabilitační program se skládal z kondičního tréninku na bed-side ergometru kombinovaného s protahovacími a uvolňovacími cviky svalstva dolních končetin.
Abstract:
This study deals with the effects of twenty-week lasting intra-dialytic training on the functional capacity and the muscle power of lower limbs in patients with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis. The rehabilitation program consisted of exercise training on the bed-side ergometer combined with stretching and relaxation exercises of the muscles of lower limbs.
