Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá mezigeneračním učením mezi rodinnými příslušníky ve středně velké rodinné firmě. Práce sestává ze dvou hlavních částí: První, teoretická část, je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů souvisejících s problematikou mezigeneračního učení v rodinné firmě, a poskytuje tak lepší vhled do tématu.
