Práce se věnuje trendu rovných příležitostí ve filmovém průmyslu. Cílem této práci bylo zanalyzovat poměrové zastoupení mužů a žen v nadefinovaných pozicích a určit, kterým pozicím dominují muži a kterým dominují ženy. The thesis deals with the trends of equal opportunities in the film industry. The goal of this work was to analyze the relative representation of men and women in defined filmmaking specialization and to determine which specialization are dominated by men and which are dominated by women.
