Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vybranými otázkami osobního stavu v oblasti rodičovství, kterými jsou určování mateřství a otcovství či jejich popírání. V rámci těchto otázek je rozebrána také související problematika osvojení. The thesis deals with selected issues of personal status in the field of parenthood, which are the determination of motherhood and fatherhood or their denial.
