The position of a social educator in the primary school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pozice sociálního pedagoga na základní škole. Cílem práce je zmapovat, jak je v současné době vnímána profese sociálního pedagoga na základních školách z pohledu samotných ředitelů. Zjistit, kteří pracovníci se na základních školách zabývají sociálně výchovnou a preventivní činností, zda na základních školách působí sociální pedagog a co je náplní jeho práce a dále, jak je profese sociálního pedagoga řediteli základních škol posuzována. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá sociální pedagogikou jako vědním oborem, vymezením sociálního pedagoga z pohledu legislativy a kompetencí, prostředím základní školy a definováním rizikového chování žáků. V praktické části jsou shrnuty výsledky kvantitativního průzkumného šetření, které probíhalo formou dotazníkového šetření. Cíle: 1. Zjistit, kteří pracovníci se na základních školách zabývají sociálně výchovnou a preventivní činností. 2. Zjistit, zda na základních školách působí sociální pedagog a co je náplní jeho práce. 3. Zjistit, jak je profese sociálního pedagoga posuzována řediteli základních škol.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the position of a social pedagogue at primary school. The aim of the thesis is to map how the profession of a social pedagogue at the primary schools is currently perceived from the point of view of the principals by their principals. Investigate out which workers at the primary schools are engaged in social educational and preventive activities, whether there is a social pedagogue at the primary schools and what is the scope of his work, and how the profession of social pedagogue is assessed by primary school principals. The work is consists of in to theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with social pedagogy as a scientific field, the definition of a social pedagogue from the point of view of legislation and competencies, the environment of primary school and the definition of risky behavior of pupils. The practical part summarizes the results of a quantitative surfy based on a questionnaire, which took place in the form of a questionnaire surfy. Targets: 1. To find out which workers in primary schools are engaged in social, educational and preventive activities. 2. Find out whether there is a social pedagogue in primary schools and what is the scope of his work. 3. Find out how the profession of social pedagogue is assessed by primary school principals
